HACKSVIT2022 is a immersive 36-hours hackathon experience for students diving headfirst into the world of hackathon
As graphic design lead, my role was to design essential assets such as the logo, poster, website and merchandise. In essence, to give the event a face that would have high recall value.
Context
In response to the pandemic, which deprived students of opportunities, the event aimed to provide a platform for students to engage, collaborate, and experiment with ideas.


The event targeted college students, developers, and tech enthusiasts nationwide, appealing to those passionate about technology, innovation, and problem-solving. Our design choices were tailored to engage a tech-savvy demographic, fostering excitement and participation.

The process began with research and planning to define the requirements, ensuring that the layout was intuitive and accessible. A wireframe and prototype were created, focusing on a mobile-first design to cater to the majority of users accessing the site via smartphones. Key features, such as prominent event details, speaker profiles, and workshop registrations, were strategically placed for quick access.
